CLARESIS—

modus essendi

Claresis is a bodymind space — a held field in which perception, action, and responsibility continuously reorganise through shared attention and presence. It is a condition: a cultivated state of embodied readiness and relational coherence that emerges through sustained engagement rather than instruction or belief.

Claresis is a promise that presence can be recognised prior to emotion, and that collective work can remain grounded while form, meaning, and direction are still emerging. It is also a collegial and cultural structure that holds the field through which cultivated presence becomes collective professional practice.

CLARESIS COLLECTIVE

is the professional artistic and laboratory core of Claresis. It brings together theatre-making, performance research, and training into a shared field of practice in which knowledge emerges through doing — through experimentation, rehearsal, and sustained practice within a continuous shared perceptual field. Creation, training, and research are interdependent modes of work that evolve through attention, reflection, and sustained collaboration.

CLARESIS CULTIVATION

is the self-cultivation strand of Claresis. It extends embodied knowledge into lived contexts through a range of training pathways, including Zero Zone Praxis, breathwork, and public speaking, among others. Formats often described as coaching or mentoring do not function here as services, but express an ongoing process of formation grounded in attention, trust, and continuity. The Claresis Theatre School is part of it.

Claresis does not separate art, practice, and life into discrete categories. It holds a unified field in which creation, learning, and application remain in continuous dialogue — a field that is relational, charged, and continuously ready for action to emerge.
